Staying With a Pet
Bring the whole family along! Hotel Matts is happy to welcome your furry companions too. Just let us know in advance if you’ll be travelling with a pet. When booking online, simply add the pet fee under “Enhance your stay” in the additional services menu. Please note that the pet fee is €15 per night for hotel rooms and €25 per night or per week for apartments.

The pet fee includes a towel, food bowls, and a small treat for your pet.
Please inform us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet, so we can reserve a suitable room or apartment for you.

Hotel Matts offers both hotel rooms and apartments that are suitable for pets. - Arrange cleaning separately
Coordinate the timing of cleaning with reception to avoid disturbing your pet during the process. - Be prepared for potential accidents
If your pet has an accident in the room, please inform the reception as soon as possible. - Leave contact details at the reception
If you need to leave your pet alone in the room, leave your contact information with the reception. This way, the staff can reach you if there is an emergency with your pet.
