Download Cardu -application to your mobile phone to join the Kassiopeia Hotels & Restaurants free Star Member membership program. The app is always with you and you’ll get to use the offers effortlessly in all of our locations.

How to get the benefits?

At the restaurant:

Present your Star Member card to the staff when placing your order (in the Cardu app).

At the hotel:

Upon arrival at the hotel without a reservation, present your Star Member card to the staff when making your room reservation (in the Cardu app).

When booking a room through our website, use the code found in the Cardu app (under “Hotels” in the Star Member card section). Enter the code in the “booking code” section during the reservation process to activate the discount.

Star Member benefits at hotels

  • 10% discount on the daily room rate
  • Free room upgrade to hotel rooms subject to availability
  • Late check-out until 2 PM (subject to availability)

The benefits are valid only for reservations made directly with the hotel, either through our website or in person at the hotel (see “How to get the benefits”).

Discount cannot be applied to promotional items and cannot be combined with other benefits.

Star Member benefits at restaurants

  • 10% discount on à la carte dishes. If the payer is a Star Member loyalty program participant, the benefit applies to the entire group.
  • House wine for 29€ / bottle (normal price 44€ / bottle). The benefit is personal. The discounted price cannot be used in group menus or in private events.

Kassiopeia Star Member program Terms and Conditions

1. Kassiopeia Star Member membership requires at least 18 years of age. Star Member membership constitutes an agreement between Kassiopeia Finland Oy (business ID: 1447271-1) and a Star Member customer. The Star Member membership is personal.

2. You can join the Star Member membership at any time by downloading a loyalty card in the Cardu application. Downloading the loyalty card in the Cardu application is a prerequisite for the Star Member membership. The membership is free of charge. 3. After registering on the mobile Cardu application, the member will have access to their own profile page and membership number.

4. Only one person can be registered for each membership. Only one Member per room can receive the benefits when staying. The membership may not be granted to companies or other legal entities.

5. To receive the Star Member benefits, you must present the loyalty card at the hotel reception or the restaurant no later than during payment. If a customer does not have a valid membership, the benefit can be canceled, and a normal-priced product or service can be charged.

6. Kassiopeia Hotels & Restaurants reserves the right to modify all terms, conditions and benefits associated with the program at its sole discretion by notifying program members in advance through at least one information channel, i.e. website, text message or email. Kassiopeia Hotels & Restaurants shall use all reasonable means at its disposal to notify any changes to these Terms and Conditions in good time in advance. However, Kassiopeia Hotels & Restaurants shall not be liable in any way if this does not happen.

7. The membership is valid indefinitely. Kassiopeia Hotels & Restaurants reserves the right to terminate the Star Member program by notifying the member 6 (six) months in advance.

8. Kassiopeia Hotels & Restaurants reserves the right to cancel a Star Member membership if the membership has been abused. The member has the right to cancel his / her membership in the Cardu application at any time.
