Our customers have the opportunity to influence the sustainability of their visit through their choices and actions. We have compiled tips for a responsible restaurant visit in collaboration with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
Tips for a Responsible Restaurant Visit
1. Arrival
Arrive at the restaurant on foot or by using public transportation.
2. Food
At our restaurant, you can easily choose more environmentally friendly options when ordering. Our menu is designed to include sustainable choices, such as vegetarian dishes and organic products, which have a smaller environmental impact.
3. Food Waste
Our food is too good to waste – so be sure to finish your plate or take the leftovers with you.
From the buffet, take only as much food as you can eat.
Remember to recycle the takeout packaging at home. Our restaurant actively works to prevent food waste by monitoring it closely, but your actions also play an important role in this effort.
4. Recycling
Our restaurant has sorting stations, so please remember to sort your waste properly.
5. For Your Information
In Kassiopeia’s eco-certified restaurants, surfaces are cleaned with safe, eco-labeled cleaning products. Energy and water consumption are managed efficiently, and staff are trained in environmental practices.
