Booking and Cancellation terms for individual bookings

Cancellation due to Covid-19 travel restrictions

We offer our international guests an opportunity to move their bookings (16.3.-30.5.2020) without charge to an another date before 30.11.2020. In case You are unable to change Your travel dates, You can cancel Your booking free of charge. 50€ office fee will be deducted from advanced payments. Please contact receptions, there may be delays in replys due to high number of contacts we are receiving at the moment.

The Act on Travel Service Combinations does not apply to hotel reservations. Hotel reservations are covered by The Act on Accommodation and Restaurant services. We recommend our clients to take a travel insurance to cover the costs of exceptional changes and cases. Hotel Levi Panorama and Hotel K5 Levi apply the following terms in reserving and cancelling of services.
Best available -rates

Payment is due upon booking. The reservation cannot be changed or canceled. The booking can be paid for by a credit card or through online banking. The present options can be found in our booking engine.
Flexible online -rates

Flexible online rates are only available online. To confirm the reservation, credit card number must be given. Reservation can be cancelled without costs by 18 o’clock one day prior to arrival. If the change or cancellation is made after 18 o’clock we will withhold the amount equivalent to the price of the first day of accommodation. Cancellations only via online booking engine or in writing to the hotels’ email k5@golevi.fi or panorama@golevi.fi.
Flexible -rates

Bookings made through sales service or directly to the hotel via email or phone are confirmed with a credit card and paid for on arrival either by a credit or debit card or cash. The reservation can be changed or canceled without charge until the previous evening at 18 o’clock. If the change or cancellation is made after 18 o’clock we will withhold the amount equivalent to the price of the first day of accommodation as a cancellation fee. Changes and cancellations of reservations must be done in writing by email to panorama@golevi.fi or k5@golevi.fi .
Other rates

Some of the prices require payment in advance. Refunds on the pre-payments can be restricted on a rate to rate basis. The terms can be found online under the description of each rate or from our customer service.

Room bookings paid for or confirmed by credit card will be kept in force until the morning following the arrival day at 11 o’clock, after which the hotel has the right to sell the room to a new customer.
Levi Chalets ja K5 Villas

Booking is payed upon making the reservation. Bookings can be changed or cancelled up to six (6) weeks prior to arrival. 50% of the total booking value will be charged if a booking is cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival. 100% will be charged if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.

In a force majeure situation the hotel can cancel the reservation. In this case the customer is entitled to full reimbursement of all the fees paid. For compelling reasons the hotel has the right to transfer the booking to another place of accommodation of at least the same standard after negotiating the situation with the client. The hotel will compensate the client for the direct costs caused by the transfer.

In a force majeure situation the guest can cancel the reservation free of charge. In such cases 50€ office fee will be deducted from advanced payments. Please contact our receptions.
