The label is granted by Ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6merkint\u00e4 Suomi Oy (The Finnish Ecolabel).<br><br>Restaurant Freja and Hotel Matts achieved <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitfinland.fi\/en\/liiketoiminnan-kehittaminen\/vastuullinen-matkailu\/sustainable-travel-finland\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Sustainable Travel Finland (STF) label <\/a>in the spring of 2025. The Sustainable Travel Finland label is based on Visit Finland\u2019s sustainable tourism programme and its criteria, which guide development in areas such as environmental responsibility, local engagement, customer experience, and employee well-being. The STF label is granted by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitfinland.fi\/en\/liiketoiminnan-kehittaminen\/vastuullinen-matkailu\/sustainable-travel-finland\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Visit Finland<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hotel Matts and Restaurant Freja are part of the Finnish Kassiopeia Hotels &amp; Restaurants chain.
