Saunas
Saunas are heated in the evenings from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Sauna facilities are located on the 7th floor of the hotel. Please bring your own towel from your room. Sauna drinks can be purchased from the reception shop.
Ski Storage
Open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Access via elevator to the -1st floor or directly from the slopes with your key card. The ski storage has lockable lockers (operate with 50 cents or 1€ coins) and ski racks where you can borrow a cable lock from the reception. The ski storage also has shower facilities.
Fitness Room
The hotel’s compact fitness room is located on the -1st floor and is available from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Ski Passes
Ski passes for Levi Ski Resort can be purchased directly from the hotel reception. Payment methods accepted are card and cash.
Express Gondola cabin lift
Easy access from the hotel to Levi village. Open from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Tickets from the reception. Evening hours from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM are free of charge.

Day cleaning is carried out between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you do not need day cleaning, please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. If you want your towels changed, please leave them on the bathroom floor.
