Check-out
Check-out is by 11.00. You can inquiry a possibility for a later check-out (for a fee) at earliest one day before departure. There is a luggage room at the lobby area (Closed for the summer).

Cleaning
Stayover cleaning in hotel rooms is done between 9.00 and 16.00. Please, put the Do not disturb -sign on the door, if you wish to skip stayover cleaning. If you wish to get fresh towels during the cleaning, please leave them on the bathroom floor.

Kota – Laplander’s hut
In Kota you can grill sausages and marshmallows on open fire. Guests can use it free of charge. Keys from the reception. When hotel K5 is closed, you can inquire keys from Hotel Levi Panorama tel. +358 (0) 16 336 3000.
K5 Villas Firewood
Firewood is available for purchase at the hotel reception. If the hotel is closed, we recommend buying firewood from nearby markets.
